Neroex is run by Qubera Technologies Private Limited. This page is written in plain English on purpose.

In effect from 11 October 2026. We will say so here, and tell you, before any of it changes in substance.

What we collect

• Your account: your name, your handle, and the email or mobile number you signed in with.
• Your page: whatever you put on it. Links, pictures, your bio, your rates.
• Connected accounts: if you connect Instagram or YouTube, we store your handle, your follower count and your recent posts, so your page can fill itself in.
• Visits to your page: the date, the rough location, the type of device, and which link was clicked.

What we do not collect

We never store a visitor’s IP address. To count one person visiting twice in a day as one person, we turn the address into a scrambled code that cannot be turned back. We do not sell data, and we do not run advertising networks on your page.

How long we keep it

Individual visit records are deleted after 90 days. Daily totals are kept so your numbers can go back to day one, but those totals hold no information about any individual person.

Getting it back, or deleting it

You can download everything, including your audience list and your full numbers, any time, free. Go to Dashboard, then Profile, and use Download my data.

Deleting a connected account

If you connected Instagram or YouTube and want only that removed, go to Dashboard, then Connect, and press Disconnect on that account. We immediately delete the access token, your follower counts, and every post we imported from it. Nothing you typed yourself is touched.

You can also revoke us from the platform's own settings. On Instagram that is Settings, then Apps and websites, then remove Neroex. Instagram tells us the moment you do, and we delete the access token, the follower counts and every imported post straight away, without waiting for you to ask us too.

If you also press Send Request on that screen to ask for deletion, Instagram passes the request to us and we hand back a confirmation code. That code opens a page showing what was deleted and when, so you can check it happened rather than take our word for it.

Deleting your whole account

Go to Dashboard, then Profile, then Delete my account. This removes your page, your links, your shop, your messages, every connected account and every number we hold about you. Your handle is released after 30 days so somebody else can take it.

Deleted means deleted. We do not keep a shadow copy, and the only thing that survives is what the law requires us to keep, such as an invoice if you ever paid us for something.

No dashboard access? Write to abhay@neroex.com from the email or with the mobile number on the account and we will do it for you within seven days.

Who else sees it

Your public page is public, which is the point. Beyond that we share data only with the services that run Neroex, such as our hosting and our database, and only as far as they need it. We hand over data to authorities only when the law requires it.

Other Qubera products

Qubera Technologies Private Limited makes other products. Your Neroex data stays inside Neroex. If we ever want to use it anywhere else, we will ask you first, clearly, and you can say no and keep using Neroex exactly as before.

Your rights, and who to ask

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 you can ask us what we hold about you, have it corrected, have it deleted, and withdraw a consent you gave earlier.

You do not need to ask us for most of that. Download my data and Delete my account are buttons in Dashboard → Profile. Correcting something is editing your own page. Withdrawing a connected account is Disconnect under Connect. For anything those do not cover, or if one of them did not work:
