Help
The things people ask most often.
Is it really free?
Yes. There is no paid plan to upgrade to. Four things carry limits and they are listed on the free page.
Can I use my own web address?
Yes, and it costs nothing. Point your domain at us and your page lives there instead of neroex.com.
Can I move my page from another link tool?
Paste the address of your old page and we read it and rebuild it here. Links, titles and order come across.
What if my name is taken?
We show you names that are free and one tap carries your choice into signup.
Can I change my name later?
Yes. Your old address keeps redirecting to the new one, so printed QR codes and old bios keep working.
Do I have to connect Instagram or YouTube?
No, but it helps. Connecting fills your work grid automatically and earns the verified tick, because it proves the account is yours.
Who can see my rates?
You choose. Rates can sit on the public page, or stay hidden and be shared by a private link.
Can I delete everything?
Yes, and you can download it all first. Your audience list and your numbers are yours.
